Iran seeks peace but is prepared for war and does not fear it.

Axar.az reports that Iranian foreign minister Abbas Araghchi said that during a visit to Baghdad.

"Iran is ready for any situation, but it does not aspire to increased tension, confrontations, or war. We are prepared for both war and peace; this is the firm stance of the Islamic Republic of Iran. We are completely ready for a state of war and are not afraid of it. However, we seek peace and will strive for a just peace to be restored in Gaza and Lebanon," Araghchi stated.
