The presidents of South Korea and Poland have strongly condemned the escalating military cooperation between North Korea and Russia, which they view as a growing security threat to the international community.

Axar.az reports that , citing Korea Times , during their summit at the presidential office in Seoul on Thursday, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and Polish President Andrzej Duda, who is visiting South Korea, criticized North Korea's nuclear and missile provocations, as well as its concerning troop deployments to Russia.

Yoon indicated that South Korea will gradually consider and implement necessary measures based on the evolving situation regarding North Korean troops in Russia. He highlighted that South Korea might adopt a more flexible approach to its previous policy of not supplying lethal weapons to Ukraine if the military ties between North Korea and Russia continue to intensify.

Duda's state visit to Seoul began on Tuesday and will last until Friday, marking the first visit by a Polish president to South Korea since 2013.
