The "Carpet" plan has been implemented at the "Northern" (Grozny) airport, and the arrival and departure of flights have been temporarily restricted.

Axar.az reports that the airport's director, Alvi Shahgiriyev, provided this information.

"The airport has been closed according to the 'Carpet' plan; we are not accepting or dispatching aircraft. The 'Carpet' plan was announced at 05:08 Moscow time," he stated.

It should be noted that temporary restrictions have also been imposed on the operations of several airports in Russia previously.
