A female student has died and another student was wounded in a shooting Wednesday morning at Antioch High School in Nashville, USA.

Axar.az reports that citing CNN.

Josselin Corea Escalante, 16, was killed when a 17-year-old student armed with a pistol fired multiple shots in a school cafeteria. Authorities identified the shooter as Solomon Henderson, who killed himself after shooting his schoolmates. A male student victim had what was described as a graze wound to the arm and was treated and released.

“The investigation to this point has not established a connection between Henderson and the two shooting victims,” Metro Nashville Police said in a statement. “It may be that they were struck by his random gunfire in the cafeteria.”

Nashville police are searching for a motive as they investigate.
