Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that all previous constitutional referendums in Armenia did not reflect the will of the people.

Axar.az reports according to Armenian media, he made this comment during the “Justice as a Tool for Achieving Fairness” conference held in Yerevan.

According to the prime minister, there is a gap between law and order and society in Armenia. And it is precisely because of this gap that problems arise in the justice sector.

“This gap is also related to the fact that during every constitutional referendum, the public was convinced that the official results did not reflect — or did not fully reflect — the will of the people,” Pashinyan said.

He believes that there should be an “organic connection” between the existing law and order and society.
