At the beginning of the year, 54 Iskander missile launchers were deployed near Ukraine’s borders, and although 3 or 4 have been damaged, Russia quickly replaced them.

Axar.az reports that this suggests Moscow is focusing its capabilities on ballistic strikes, according to Ukrainian aviation expert and analyst Konstantin Krivolap.

Krivolap noted that Ukraine continues to limit Russia’s capabilities. Still, the deployment of Iskanders suggests that Russia aims to demonstrate its ability to carry out attacks, even if in limited numbers.
