One of the most prestigious fashion events of the year -- Baku Fashion Week Fall /Winter 2016 -- wrapped up.

Baku Fashion Week 2016 began and ended with giant spectacles. All guests of the fashion show were certainly impressed with stylish runway looks.

The event organizers, including the head of the modeling Agency FMS Models, Lyubov Gutorova, the head of the "Production Center of Hafiz Agayev" Hafiz Agayev, General Producer of the international channel ID Fashion Vasily Klimchuk, and fashion catwalk director of the BFW Nina Draco spared huge efforts so that the BFW once again turned into a celebration of style and fashion. The well-known Turkish model and actress, Tuche Sarikaya, was the host of the event.

The fashion show culminated with breathtaking clothing line by Sehri Rehimova. The designer combined various bright fabrics and texture from the winter collection 2016.

The last day of the event featured children's collection by talented national designer Gulum Asadullayeva. The main model at the fashion show was Azerbaijani model Konul Azizova living in Turkey.

"Fashion has always played a huge role in a person's life. It's the most important element of society, which influences economic and educational spheres of society, not to mention the art", said famous fashion designer, the doctor of philosophy on art criticism Gulnara Khalilova.

She reminded that the fashion industry makes a significant contribution to the development of national economies, tourism sector and promotes the country's culture.

"We have faced huge challenges- stress, sleepless nights, huge amount of work, fatigue.

But if you make people happy then it worth it!" said Lyubov Gutorova.

The evening was attended by famous fashion designers Andrea Lazzari (Italy), Anna Zhabnyak (Ukraine), RUTA (Ukraine), Tako Dvalishvili (Georgia), Uventa fashion House, Zulfiyya Seyidaliyeva, Lala Agayeva, Nargiz Mukhtarova, Ulker Huseynova, Gulum Asadullayeva, Sehri Rahimova and Gunay Guliyeva.

The event broadcasted in 121 countries of the world.
