Breast augmentations might be the most popular surgery, but they are not the most Googled.

Axar.az reports citing Flawless.org that while breast augmentations and breast reductions, respectively, are the top two surgical procedures in the UK according to the BAAPS audit results in 2019, neither are the most searched for online.

According to the cosmetic surgery specialists, searches for hair transplants average 27,100 monthly, with lipo close behind at 27,000. Third came breast reduction (one from the BAAPS top three list), with average monthly searches totaling 22,200. The full list is as follows:
