In Austria, all restaurants and bars smoking has been banned.

Axar.az reports that the ban also covers smoking and electronic cigarettes. For violation of the ban, the enterprise will be fined equally with the violator.

Under the new rule, a person will be fined 100 euros for the first violation and 1,000 euros for a second violation. Failure to comply with the ban will result in a fine of up to 10,000 euros.
