Chinese citizen arrested in Georgia - virus suspicion

A 22-year-old Chinese citizen in the Georgian region of Kakheti has been arrested on suspicion of coronavirus.

Axar.az reports that he had contacted a medical facility for symptoms of respiratory infection.

It is not yet known what kind of virus a Chinese woman infected. There was nothing dangerous about his condition.

According to doctors, the Chinese citizen continues to be treated at home and is under surveillance.

It was reported that the woman arrived in Georgia, not from the epicenter of the virus, but from other parts of China.
