The number of new cases of coronavirus in China (COVID-2019) is 74,227, and the death toll from this virus has reached 2007.

Axar.az reports that the number of people suspected of being infected with the virus is 5,248, the number of people leaving the hospital is 14,387 and about 12,000 are in serious condition. Authorities have identified 574,000 people who have been in contact with infected people, and 135,000 of them have been taken under the supervision of doctors.

Over the past day, the highest incidence of coronavirus (1693 cases) and deaths (132 persons) were registered in the province of Hubei.

Besides China, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Germany, Vietnam, Australia, USA, France, UK, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Philippines, India, Italy, Russia, Spain, Finland, Sweden, Nepal, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Belgium, and Egypt have recorded more than 900 cases of infection. Death facts have been recorded outside of China - in the Philippines, Japan, and France.
