The Japanese treat the coronary patients in this way

Most coronavirus patients are recovering with the help of a cardiovascular resuscitation unit.

Axar.az reports this is the result of a study conducted by Japanese doctors. Thus, at least 23 people with coronavirus infection were treated across the country through the Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation Device (ECMO).

ECMO helps the heart and lungs to function. As the immune system struggles with the pathogen, this apparatus provides the rest for those organs to relax. Of the 23 people who have been treated with this apparatus, no one has died and another 12 are currently recovering.
