Global coronavirus cases exceeded the 31 million mark on Sunday, according to Worldometers.

Axar.az reports that, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 962,023, with recoveries topping 20.62 million.

At present, about 62,000 virus infected people are in critical condition.

The virus has spread to at least 210 countries and regions since it was first detected in the Chinese city of Wuhan late last year.
