WHO: the US and European health systems collapsed

European and American health systems have fallen due to the coronavirus pandemics.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from the head of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhonom.

"We are extremely concerned about the sudden increase in cases of re-infection with COVID-19 in many countries. Especially in European and American countries ... Health systems and staff are approaching the point of collapse," he said.
