Pakistan registered Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine

The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) has approved the application of the Russian coronavirus vaccine Sрutnik V, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) says on Tuesday.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by foreign media.

"Pakistan has become the 22nd country in the world that approved the Sрutnik V vaccine. The vaccine was registered in Pakistan within the framework of the emergency use authorization procedure on the basis of data of Sрutnik V clinical trials in Russia," RDIF reports.

The number of countries where the Russian vaccine is registered will reach 25 by the end of this week, RDIF Chief Executive Kirill Dmitriev said earlier.
