Turkish professor found a liquid that destroys cancer

A team led by Rahmi Oklu, a Turkish professor in the Department of Clinical Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Mayo Clinic, a world-renowned health organization in the United States, has developed a new ionic liquid (liquid salt) formula that destroys cancerous tissue.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Professor Rahmi Oklu in an interview with Hurriyet newspaper.

He said the biggest problem in treating cancer was getting the medicine to the bottle.

The Turkish professor said that this approach could also reduce the risk of cancer recurrence.
