COVID-19 cannot yet be considered a seasonal disease. Because it is still in the pandemic stage.

Axar.az reports that Melita Vujnovich, the representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Russia, said this.

He said that it is wrong for people to think that COVID-19 has become a mild disease.

"Although we are not at the peak of the pandemic, the virus is still causing a large number of infections. The threat of the pandemic should not be forgotten. Therefore, it is necessary to be careful. Otherwise, the number of patients and possibly deaths may increase," Vuynovich stressed.
