President of Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on approval "Financing Agreement" linked to the the framework of the Regional Development Program in the European Neighbourhood Instrument and the European Commission.

Axar.az reports that, it was ordered to measure to the Minister of Economy to implement the provisions of this agreement.
