I extend my cordial congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday of Azerbaijan, May 28 Republic Day. I wish for continued advance of Azerbaijan along prosperity for its citizens.

The relations between Montenegro and Azerbaijan have always been cordial and friendly, I am confident that our future cooperation will further foster such relations between our states and nations.

I avail myself of the opportunity to reiterate the expression of my high appreciation of the cooperation between our two countries, to which you have given huge personal contribution we are very grateful for.
