Armenia violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan 17 times

Armenian armed forces violated ceasefire using large-caliber machine guns and sniper rifles with Azerbaijan 17 times on various parts of the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenia troops over the past 24 hours, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry informed on August 1.


Armenian armed units stationed in Paravakar village of Armenia’s Ijevan district, Berdavan, Barakemavan villages of Noyemberyan district, on nameless uplands of Berd district fired on the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces on nameless uplands of Azerbaijan’s Agstafa district, in Kamarli, Gaymagli villages of Gazakh district, nameless uplands of Tovuz district.

Moreover, Azerbaijani positions located on nameless uplands of Gadabay district came under fire from Armenian positions located on nameless uplands of Krasnoselsk district.

Another ceasefire violation came from the positions in Chilaburt village of Tartar district, Horadiz, Bash Karvand villages of Fuzuli district.
