Axar.az reports that US Vice President James David Vance made these words in a joint statement to the press with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Touching upon the steps taken towards peace, the Vice President added:

"For this, I owe a great deal of gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev."

Expressing his confidence that the implementation of the peace agreement will create peace and prevent conflict in the future, James David Vance called it a manifestation of President Ilham Aliyev's leadership qualities.
