Former Director General of ISESCO and member of Nizami Ganjavi International Center Abdulaziz bin Osman Al-Tuwaijri sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev.

"I am pleased to congratulate you on the surrender and disarmament of the terrorist armed groups as a result of the measures implemented in Karabakh. This new victory is an important step in terms of establishing peace and stability in the region.

I pray to Almighty God to protect you and the people of Azerbaijan.
