The Kremlin is carefully monitoring the development of the situation in Karabakh.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the press secretary of the Russian head of state Dmitry Peskov.

Peskov also commented on the "decree" of the unrecognized "president" of the "nkr" Shahramyan on the termination of the activities of the so-called "institution" from January 1, 2024:

"We are carefully monitoring the situation, first of all, of course, from the humanitarian aspect, which is the most important. Our peacekeepers continue to help people. Many express their desire to move to the territory of Armenia. Support is given to those who want it."
