Azerbaijani businessmen, especially those with significant financial means, are leaving Russia en masse.

Axar.az reports this information from a confidential source.

The source emphasized that the Iskandar Khalilov incident is just the beginning:

“A list of Azerbaijani businessmen in Russia has been prepared. Their offices will be raided one after another. The events surrounding Iskandar Khalilov signal that this process will continue throughout the country after Yekaterinburg. For this reason, the vast majority of Azerbaijani businessmen in Russia are leaving the country with their families.”

It should be noted that there were reports of a raid on the “Railgo” company. Following this, it was revealed that Iskandar Khalilov returned to Azerbaijan with his family.
