On October 28, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, attended the opening of the 2nd stage of the Agali village of the Zangilan region and the Mammadbayli village.

Axar.az reports that the number of houses to be put into operation in the second stage of the Agali village is 103. Of these, 55 are two-room individual houses, and 3 are apartments in three-story 2-block "Townhouse" type buildings. 36 one-room and 12 two-room apartments have been built. Communication lines have been laid to all houses in the village, all residential and non-residential buildings have been supplied with gas, and combi boilers have been installed in the houses. A park with a total area of ​​​​more than 2 hectares has been built here. The park will operate as an open recreation and entertainment zone for residents of Agali and Mammadbayli villages, as well as guests. The territory of the park is divided into 5 functional zones. All conditions have been created in these zones for children's recreation, sports activities, and entertainment. Various trees and shrubs have been planted in the area.

The head of state was informed about the conditions created in the village.

It was reported that the total area of ​​the village is 51.6 hectares. 188 individual houses have been built in the village, of which 39 are two-room, 55 are three-room, 55 are four-room, and 39 are five-room. The yard area of ​​each house has been fenced, taking into account the area. Solar panels have been installed in the houses, and they are provided with water, electricity, gas, and high-speed internet. The roads within the village have been asphalted. 2 multifunctional non-residential buildings have also been built in the village. Tastefully designed paintings have been painted on administrative buildings, as well as on passage and retaining walls. This adds additional shades to the overall appearance of the village. Since the village of Mammadbeyli is located very close to the village of Agali, to ensure economic efficiency, a passage connecting these villages was built, which will ensure the convenience of using the Agali village secondary school with a capacity of 360 students, a kindergarten with a capacity of 60, a family health center, a household service facility, a service center, a pharmacy, a market complex and other non-residential facilities.

After getting acquainted with the conditions created in the village, the head of state met with residents who moved to the villages of Mammadbeyli and Agali and presented them with the keys to their apartments.
