In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the weather on October 30 is expected to be partly cloudy, with occasional cloud cover. Some rain is expected in certain areas during the night of October 29–30 and in the morning.

Axar.az informs according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, the strong northwest wind will ease during the second half of the day.

Temperatures will range from 12–14°C at night to 15–18°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 762 mmHg to 770 mmHg, and relative humidity will be 70–75% at night and 55–60% during the day.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, occasional rain and thunderstorms are expected in some areas. In some locations, heavy rain with hail is possible, and snow may fall in mountainous regions. Precipitation will gradually stop by evening, with occasional fog in some areas. The west wind may occasionally strengthen in certain locations.

Temperatures in the regions will range from 10–14°C at night and 16–20°C during the day, while in the mountains, temperatures will range from 1–5°C at night and 5–9°C during the day.
