Tomorrow, there will be another migration to Kalbajar.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan, Bashir Hajiyev, in his speech before the concert program organized on the occasion of City Day.

According to him, complex measures are being taken in the direction of reconstruction in the Kalbajar district under the Great Return program.

The Special Representative added that several apartments have already been put into operation in the first residential neighborhood:

"Currently, design work is being carried out in the second, third, and fourth residential neighborhoods."
