Cristiano Ronaldo becomes first footballer to score 950 goals

Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays for Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nassr club, has become the first footballer in history to score 950 goals.

Axar.az reports that the Portuguese forward scored during the sixth round of the Saudi Pro League in an away match against Al-Hazm.

After Ronaldo’s goal, the score became 2–0 in favor of Al-Nassr.

Following Ronaldo is Argentina’s national team captain and Inter Miami striker Lionel Messi, who has 891 goals to his name.

It should be noted that Ronaldo is 40 years old. He is a five-time UEFA Champions League winner, European champion, two-time Nations League winner, and the all-time top scorer in the history of national teams, European Championships, the Champions League, and the Club World Cup. The player joined Al-Nassr in December 2022. Over his career, he has also played for Sporting (Portugal), Manchester United (England), Juventus (Italy), and Real Madrid (Spain).
