Montenegrin referees to officiate Azerbaijan–Iceland match

Referee appointments have been announced for the 2026 World Cup qualifying match between the national teams of Azerbaijan and Iceland.

Axar.az reports that the match will be officiated by a team of referees from Montenegro.

Nikola Dabanović will serve as the main referee, assisted by Vladan Todorović and Srdan Jovanović. Miloš Bošković will act as the fourth official.

In the VAR room, Serbian official Momčilo Marković will be in charge, with Aleksandar Živković serving as AVAR.

It should be noted that the Azerbaijan–Iceland match will take place on November 13 at the 8th Kilometer Stadium (“Palm Sports Arena”).
