The French national team will do everything possible to win tomorrow’s 2026 World Cup qualifier against Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that France head coach Didier Deschamps said this at a press conference ahead of tomorrow’s World Cup qualifying match against Azerbaijan.

He noted that they will be unable to rely on several players:

“We have already secured our place in the 2026 World Cup finals. Besides Kylian Mbappé, we have other absences as well. Nevertheless, tomorrow the French national team will do its best because our goal is to win every match.”

The Azerbaijan–France match will take place on November 16 at 21:00 at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium.
