Santos begins talks to extend Neymar’s contract

Brazilian club Santos has begun negotiations with Neymar to extend his contract.

Axar.az reports, citing "FootMercato", that the 33-year-old footballer intends to spend another season with the Serie A club.

The Brazilian international returned to Santos, where he was a pupil, from Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal in January. The contract between the parties is scheduled to expire at the end of this month.

It should be noted that Neymar has played 27 games for Santos this season, scoring 11 goals and providing 4 assists.
