Qarabag receives around 65M manat from UEFA

The football club Qarabag has received approximately 65.8 million manat from UEFA.

Axar.az reports that Youth and Sports Minister Farid Gayibov announced this on his X account.

He noted that under UEFA’s solidarity mechanism, each of the other Azerbaijani clubs participating in the Premier League will receive roughly 1.6 million manat in additional funding.

Farid Gayibov also highlighted that Qarabag has made a significant contribution to Azerbaijan’s sports economy, which he described as having substantial potential.
