Azerbaijan's kata and kumite athletes won 5 gold and 1 silver medal at the international tournament held in Okinawa, Japan.

Axar.az reports that Adnan Ahmadzadeh, Honorary President of the Azerbaijan Koshiki Karate-do Federation, said this on Twitter.

"At the international competitions held in Okinawa, Japan on July 22-23, the athletes of Azerbaijan Koshiki Karate-do Federation won 5 gold and 1 silver medal in kata and kumite.

I congratulate our champions Sevinj, Nazim, and Kanan, and Azerbaijan Koshiki Karate-do Federation!", he said.
