The former goalkeeper of the Russian national team died

Venyamin Mandrikin, the former goalkeeper of MOIK of Moscow and the Russian national team, died at the age of 41.

Axar.az reports that the press service of MOIK club has released information about this.

"Venyamin Mandrikin has died. The former MOIK goalkeeper died at the age of 41. Our condolences to all his relatives and friends. May your soul rest in peace, Venya," the report said.

According to his coach Valery Gorokhov told "Osnova", the cause of death of the football player was a heart attack.

According to his sister's statement to the press, Mandriki had liver-kidney failure.
