The first in our judo history

Azerbaijan's female judoka Khadija Gadashova won a gold medal at the World Youth Championship in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.

Axar.az reports that the athlete who climbed to the podium in the weight class of 52 kilograms became the first female world champion in the history of Azerbaijan judo.

She won this title by defeating the French representative Alisya Poulange in the final match.
