The second round of talks on resolving the war in Ukraine has begun in Abu Dhabi.

Axar.az reports, citing TASS, that the negotiations are ongoing. According to a source speaking to the Associated Press, the format of the discussions often changes.

“Sometimes participants step aside to discuss certain issues separately, sometimes everyone comes together, and at other times several groups split up to address different topics,” the source said.

It was noted that during the first day of the closed-door talks, key issues discussed included the creation of buffer zones and various monitoring mechanisms.
