Iran is ready to engage with neighboring countries in every possible way to restore stability in the region.

Axar.az reports, citing local media, that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian made the remarks during a meeting with Pakistan’s Chief of Defence Forces and Army Chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir.

“Iran is ready to cooperate and engage with Islamic countries and neighboring states in the economic, political and security spheres. Strengthening cooperation with Islamic countries is essential for establishing lasting peace in the region. Unity and solidarity are the most important obstacles to the plans of hostile parties,” he said.
