Erdogan signs decision on ITU units at Karabakh University

Academic units affiliated with Turkish Istanbul Technical University (ITU) will be established at Azerbaijan's Karabakh University.

Axar.az reports that the relevant decision was signed by President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan and published in the Official Gazette.

Under the decision, Karabakh University will host academic divisions subordinate to ITU.

It should be noted that a dual-degree program in engineering majors jointly offered by Karabakh University and ITU was launched starting from the 2026/2027 academic year.
