Decree from Putin regarding Kadyrov's wife

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on awarding the honorary title "Heroic Mother" for the first time.

Axar.az reports that according to the decree, Medni Kadyrova, the wife of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, and Olga Dekhtyarenko from the Yamal-Nenetsk Autonomous Region were awarded the title of "Heroic Mother".

It is noted that this name is given to mothers with 10 or more children. Thus, Medni Kadyrova is the mother of 14 children, and Olga Dekhtyarenko is the mother of 10 children.
