Footage of the arrest of a person who attempted an assassination on US presidential candidate Donald Trump has been released.

Axar.az reports that the footage shows security service personnel detaining Wesley Root, who is suspected of the assassination attempt.

It should be noted that this was the second assassination attempt on Trump, which occurred on September 15. As Trump was leaving his private golf club, shots were fired at him with an automatic weapon from approximately 300-400 meters away over a fence. The Secret Service immediately responded. Although Root managed to escape the area, he was unable to get far and was arrested.
