The visit of Richard Moore, head of the UK's Secret Intelligence Service, to Baku is being seriously discussed in Armenia. Moore delivered a lecture at ADA University, but the details of the visit are not known. It is speculated that he may have come to participate in the II Baku Security Forum on the topic of "Modern Challenges to the Security of Global Transportation Networks."

Axar.az reports that a particular claim regarding Moore's visit has attracted attention in the Armenian media.

The publication "Hraparak" reports, referencing Armenian Telegram channels, that Hrant Jilavyan, deputy head of the Armenian Foreign Intelligence Service, also traveled to Baku shortly before Moore's visit.

"According to the information circulating, Hrant Jilavyan was secretly in Baku over the weekend and held several meetings, including one with Moore. This information has not been confirmed, but the lack of a denial raises suspicions," the publication continued.
