12 police officers arrested in FETO operation

In an operation against FETO in Turkiye's Izmir and Mersin provinces, 12 former police officers have been arrested.

Axar.az informs that this information was reported by Turkish media.

It was stated that the Counter-Terrorism Crimes Investigation Office issued arrest warrants for 13 former police officers involved in the investigation against FETO.

The operation, which targeted 13 locations in the Menemen, Bergama, and Torbalı districts of Izmir and in Mersin, resulted in the arrest of 12 suspects.

It was also reported that the search for the remaining suspect is ongoing.
