The rector of the National Defense University, Major General Gunduz Abdulov, met with the delegation led by professor Cenk Aktash, the chairman of the Defense Industry Academy of the Defense Industry Directorate of Turkiye, who was on a visit to Azerbaijan.

It was reported that the Turkish delegation was given a briefing on the history of the National Defense University, its educational system and main activities, and detailed information was given on the positive results of the successful reforms in the field of military education in the Azerbaijan Army.

At the meeting, a wide range of views were exchanged on issues of mutual interest in the field of military education. The importance of further expansion of the work done in this direction and the implementation of joint projects was brought to attention.
