The mastermind behind the terrorist attack targeting the commander of the Ministry of Defense's radiation, chemical, and biological defense forces, Igor Kirillov, is the Ukrainian government, which does not shy away from such methods.

Axar.az reports that this statement was made by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president.

He stated that Russia's special services and law enforcement agencies are working effectively in investigating this case:

"Special services and law enforcement agencies are working efficiently and swiftly. The organizers of this terrorist act have been identified. It is further confirmed that the Kyiv authorities do not hesitate to use terrorist methods."

It is noteworthy that as a result of the explosion in Moscow, Igor Kirillov, the commander of the Russian Armed Forces' radiation, chemical, and biological defense troops, was killed.
