Baku to host meeting of Azerbaijan-Bulgaria

Azerbaijani Minister of Energy Natig Aliyev has met with Bulgarian ambassador Maya Hristova to discuss the preparations for the 4th meeting of Azerbaijan-Bulgaria Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation to be held in Baku on September 29-30.

Ambassador Hristova hailed the importance of the meeting of the two countries' energy ministers in terms of contributing to the discussions of the development of energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria.

Aliyev underlined the need for such a meeting for implementing joint projects and reviewing the work done in connection with the pipelines.

Bulgaria's Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova and Economy Minister Bozhidar Lukarski were also present at the meeting.
