Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense has dismissed as ‘fictitious’ the recent Armenian reports alleging that on the night of June 21 to 22, the Azerbaijani special forces made an infiltration attempt on the contact line and had to retreat after suffering four losses.

Armenia’s military leadership once again resorted to fictitious and false information aimed at justifying its recent losses failures at the front and giving a little “confidence” to the panic-stricken Armenian population, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Axar.az on June 23.

Earlier, the Armenian media with reference to the “defense ministry” of the separatist regime in Nagorno-Karabakh reported that allegedly on the night of June 21 to 22, the Azerbaijani special forces made an infiltration attempt on the contact line and had to retreat after suffering four losses.
