Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, who is on a visit to Georgia, had a meeting with his Georgian counterpart Iliya Darchiashvili.

Axar.az reports that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs released information about this.

Then a general meeting of the heads of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was held.

The parties discussed the political, security, economic, energy, transport-communication, humanitarian aspects of the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Foreign ministers also exchanged views on initiatives to continue cooperation within the framework of various regional and international formats.

Post-conflict regional peace and reconstruction efforts were also on the agenda.
