The popular singer gave her cousin the ultimate present on her big day by introducing her to Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo .

The above video captures the very moment J Lo introduces her cousin Tiana Rios to the Los Blancos forward.

The meeting comes as a big surprise for Rios, who blushes and giggles in delight after she spots the Portuguese star at the nightclub in the Spanish capital.

The clip shows J Lo, who is dressed in a Madrid shirt, talking to the four-time Ballon d'Or winner and asking him if he will surprise her cousin.

The singer reveals that Rios is Ronaldo's "biggest fan" before the Portuguese wanders over to her and pulls her in for a cuddle.

He then wishes her a happy birthday - to say Rios looks stunned would be a bit of an understatement.

This is not the first time Ronaldo has been pictured partying with J Lo.

The pair were previously photographed enjoyed themselves in Las Vegas after Portugal triumphed over France in the final of Euro 2016.
