On January 24, the weather in the afternoon will be changeable cloudy, occasionally gloomy, mainly rainless. Mild south-west wind will intensify in some places of peninsula in the afternoon.

The temperature will be -1+3˚C at night, +6-10˚C in daytime in Absheron peninsula, 0-2˚C at night, +7-9˚C in the daytime in Baku. Air pressure records 769. Relative humidity will be 75-80% at night, 60-70% in the afternoon.

On January 24, the weather will be mostly dry. Fog predicted in some places. West wind will blow and intensify in some places. The temperature will be -3+2˚C at night, +9-14˚C in daytime, 3-8 degrees of frost in mountains at night, 0-5˚C in daytime.
