North-west wind will waft. The temperature will be -1+2˚C at night, +2-5˚C in daytime in Absheron peninsula, 1degree of frost at night, +3-5˚C in the daytime in Baku.

Air pressure records 771. Relative humidity will be 80-90%.

On February 16, rain, sleet, snow is expected in some regions of Azerbaijan.

It will be foggy in some places. West wind will blow and intensify in some places. The temperature will be -4+1˚C at night, +2-7 ˚C in daytime, 7-12 degrees of frost in mountains at night, -0-5 degrees of frost in daytime.
